The Kwale Digirise Initiative was a 7-day virtual digital skills training programme organized by EQUIP 1000 Africa, which equipped over 500 young people from Kwale County, Kenya, with practical knowledge of AI and digital tools. Participants learned how to leverage platforms such as ChatGPT, Napkin.AI, Claude, DeepSeek, and Meta Business Suite to enhance productivity, creativity, learning, and digital opportunities.
The programme also featured a motivational session led by Mr. Adewale Omitiran, CEO of Surge Plus Consulting, inspiring participants to embrace technology, explore new opportunities, and apply their knowledge to personal and professional growth.
Designed for professionals, creatives, educators, and anyone interested in leveraging AI, this course provides a practical introduction to the tools and concepts needed to start integrating artificial intelligence into everyday tasks and projects.
By the end of the course, learners will have a foundational understanding of how multiple AI platforms work and how they can be used to enhance creativity, productivity, and innovation across industries.
